Downtown Fresno Photo Walk
Downtown Fresno Photo Walk: 12 Great Spots in 1.5 Miles
Here’s an easy idea for a fun early morning or late afternoon photo walk in Downtown Fresno. This walk covers about a mile and a half (one way) and includes 10 iconic photo stops—plus two bonus ones. You can turn it into a loop, or if you'd rather cut down on walking, park one car near the Spiral Parking Garage and another near the Train Station.
The best times to go are early morning, late afternoon, or even in the evening. Weekends and holidays are usually quiet downtown. If you go after dark, bring a friend. A big, sturdy friend.
What to Bring:
A camera with a wide-to-telephoto zoom lens works great. If you don’t mind carrying extra gear, bring your widest-angle lens and a telephoto zoom for variety. A tripod isn’t necessary unless you plan to shoot at night.
