Our message about COVI-19

March 20, 2020

Dear Valued Customer:

The state of California has enacted a ‘stay at home’ order effective as of Friday, March 20, at 12 a.m. to curb the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. This means all residents are mandated to ‘remain at home’ and only essential businesses may remain open to provide critical services. Under the order, California Gov. Gavin Newsom has mandated that all Californians stay in their homes except as needed to maintain continuity of operations in 16 specific critical infrastructure sectors. One of those critical infrastructure sectors, as defined by the Department of Homeland Security and the state ofCalifornia, is the information technology sector.

Horn Photo plays a vital role in the information technology sector and in serving the supply chain in this unprecedented time of need. Therefore, our store will remain open for limited hours to continue to serve our customers in fulfilling the critical technology needs of the nation’s federal, state and local governments, healthcare facilities, and education, industrial and financial services sectors.

We continue to implement strict precautionary measures in all our departments, in accordance with government and public health requirements, to reduce risk for colleagues who are performing their duties.

We value your business and will continue to do everything we canto provide the best possible service to all our customers during these exceptionally challenging times.

Sincerely,

Shelly & Stan Grosz
